Pork Burritos

1 boneless pork roast (3-4 lbs)
1 can diced tomatoes with mild green chilis, undrained
1/4 cup chili powder
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chopped seeded jalapeno
1 tsp salt
flour tortillas
sliced avacado and sour cream as garnishes (optional)

Cut roast in half; place in a slow cooker. In a blender, combine the tomatoes, chili powder, garlic, lime juice, honey, jalapeno and salt; cover and process until smooth. Poor over pork. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until meat is tender. Shred pork. Put in tortilla with avacado and sour cream.
