Oven Roasted Veggies
Use veggies such as potatoes, carrots, squash with possible turnips, parsnips, garlic and lay on a cookie sheet. Combine olive oil and desired seasonings (example: salt, pepper, thyme. Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, etc.) and drizzle over vegetables. Bake 425 for 30-35 min.
