Southern Pulled Pork

1 boneless pork roast (about 3 lbs)
1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
3 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 TBSP brown sugar

Place roast in crock pot with a couple TBSP butter on bottom. Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred with fork, add a few more drops of worchestershire sauce if needed and serve with BBQ sauce alone or on buns.
